South Ocean Freight International LLC headquartered in Abu Dhabi, has made significant progress by expanding its capabilities with a state-of-the-art warehouse and distribution division in Abu Dhabi. This facility spans an impressive 110,000 sq. ft. of land, with 16,500 sq. ft. of built-up space, including an admin block and warehouse. The open yard storage, covering 60,000 sq. ft., is specifically designed to accommodate OOD/OOG equipment. 

The warehouse is designed with high security and efficiency in mind, featuring full boundary walls and two access points with 6-meter automatic sliding gates for entry and exit. The 6-meter-wide road access ensures smooth logistics operations. The facility is equipped with 24/7 CCTV surveillance and round-the-clock gate security to ensure maximum safety. Inside, the warehouse offers three access points, with the main entry measuring 490 cm in length and 390 cm in height. The 13,000 sq. ft. temperature-controlled area maintains temperatures between 20°C to 24°C, ensuring optimal conditions for sensitive goods. Safety is a top priority, with the installation of rooftop fan exhausts, motorized smoke dampers, sprinklers, smoke and beam detectors, all linked to Civil Defense's Hazantuk system. All necessary safety approvals have been obtained, ensuring the warehouse meets the highest standards for health and safety.
